Who We Are
The Foundation CA 900 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting human dignity through access to clean water, transitional shelter, and affordable homeownership. Our mission is to support underserved populations-particularly vulnerable women, children, and young families-by implementing sustainable solutions in housing, water access, and community development. Through strategic partnerships and community-based models, we empower individuals to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
The Foundation CA 900 Competences
The Foundation CA 900 specializes in providing sustainable access to clean drinking water through the implementation of water purification and distribution systems, along with education on responsible water management. We also develop transitional shelters for single women, women with children, and young couples facing housing insecurity-offering both safe accommodations and social or legal support. In addition, we focus on affordable homeownership by acquiring and renovating distressed properties and utilizing innovative models such as rent-to-own, co-investment, and low-interest loans. Our programs are supported by training in financial literacy and property management to ensure long-term community empowerment.
